چکیده
In this paper, we consider a multi-agent foraging problem in which multiple autonomous agents find resources (called pucks) bounded workspace and carry the found to designated location called base. We case where move unknown 3D with many obstacles. This article describes based on local interaction, does not rely global localization of an agent. propose strategy following two steps. The first step is detect all pucks inside cluttered such that every puck detected provably complete manner. next generate path from base puck, collect return them Because agent cannot use localization, each depends interaction bring article, used guiding reach it To best our knowledge, novel letting perform puck-carrying while relying addition, proposed search detecting workspace. MATLAB simulations demonstrate outperforms alternatives

multi-robot foraging based on contract net protocol
because of high speed, efficiency, robustness and flexibility of multi-agent systems, in recent years there has been an increasing interest in the art of these systems. in competitive multi agent systems, a mechanism is required via which the agents can come to reach an agreement. contract net protocols are one of the well-known negotiation protocols in multi-agent systems. in contract net pro...
متن کاملMEASURING SOFTWARE PROCESSES PERFORMANCE BASED ON FUZZY MULTI AGENT MEASUREMENTS
The present article discusses and presents a new and comprehensive approachaimed at measuring the maturity and quality of software processes. This method has beendesigned on the basis of the Software Capability Maturity Model (SW-CMM) and theMulti-level Fuzzy Inference Model and is used as a measurement and analysis tool. Among themost important characteristics of this method one can mention si...
متن کاملThermoelastic Interaction in a Three-Dimensional Layered Sandwich Structure
The present article investigates the thermoelastic interaction in a three-dimensional homogeneous and isotropic sandwich structure using the dual-phase-lag (DPL) model of generalized thermoelasticity. The incorporated resulting non-dimensional coupled equations are applied to a specific problem in which a sandwich layer of unidentical homogeneous and isotropic substances is subjected to time-de...
متن کاملThree-Dimensional agent-based model of fish collective behaviour using topological interaction
This paper presents a novel 3D agent-based model of fish collective behaviour based on topological interaction. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first 3D model that implements topological interaction. Despite the fact that the topological interaction was proposed based on the observation of collective behaviour of bird flock [1], simulations show that our model also displays realistic co...
متن کاملSignatures of a globally optimal searching strategy in the three-dimensional foraging flights of bumblebees
Simulated annealing is a powerful stochastic search algorithm for locating a global maximum that is hidden among many poorer local maxima in a search space. It is frequently implemented in computers working on complex optimization problems but until now has not been directly observed in nature as a searching strategy adopted by foraging animals. We analysed high-speed video recordings of the th...
